You Work Hard. You Deserve Support, Too.
Support for plant and refinery workers, their partners, and families.
You leave before daylight and get home after dark. Some stretches mean weeks without a day off, working in Texas heat beside pipes and units that make the air even hotter. There’s also the worry about what you’re breathing in—fumes, airborne particles, and chemicals—and the attention it takes to keep yourself and your crew safe. By the time you get home, the dried sweat and salt stains on your Nomex tell only part of the story.
Other stretches mean months out of town. Another hotel room, another microwave dinner, another phone call home. You miss your people, familiar places, and having a life that feels like more than working, eating, and trying to get enough sleep to do it again.

When You’re Home, There’s Still So Much to Give.
Coming home isn’t always the relief you hoped for. The people you love have missed you. There are things to handle, conversations to have, and moments you know you’ve missed but don’t quite know how to make up for. You want a shower, dinner, maybe a beer, and some quiet. They want time with you. You stay up for bedtime or a little time with your partner, knowing the alarm is set for four or five—then it’s packing lunch, pouring coffee, finding parking, catching the bus, and getting to the jobsite.

Support That Understands Your Life.
Therapy gives you room to talk honestly about all of it—the pressure, the homesickness, the short fuse, and the distance that can grow between people who love each other. Together, we’ll work on ways to take care of yourself and connect with your people within the reality of the life you’re living.
